Last Friday, the Boys Varsity Basketball team started slow in the first quarter and could never recover, losing to Swartz Creek 71-49.
Trailing 23-10 after the first, the Wildcats were able to match Swartz Creek bucket for bucket, but they were never able to complete the comeback.
Swartz Creek used a 23-13 fourth quarter to finish off the Wildcats.
Junior Tommy Neiman led the Wildcats with 12 points.
