Paul and Kerry Carpentier of Clarkston announce the birth of their daughter, Samantha Geohegan Carpentier. Samantha was born Sept. 25, 2005 in Grosse Pointe. She weighed eight pounds, nine ounces and measured twenty inches long. Samantha is welcomed by her big sister Madison , 2, grandparents Carol and Tom Carpentier of Holly, John and Linda Bruce of St. Claire Shores, Maureen and Richard Vreeland of Freeport, Florida, great-grandparent Bernadette Carpentier of Cadyville, New York and godparents Kent Walker of Corona, California and Sylvia Popovski of Clinton Township.
