James D. Kiser, a graduate of Clarkston High School, was appointed vice president of operations by ADS North America LLC, a leading procurement consulting firm. In his new position, Kiser is responsible for all operational activities and quality assurance.
As a managing consultant, Kiser has worked with leading U.S. and Canadian companies in consumer products, food, pharmaceutical and automotive industries to develop and implement best practice supply chain strategies. His specialty is helping companies manage their indirect spend through developing internal competencies to drive out complexity, streamline processes and save money.
Kiser has had articles published on U.S. and global purchasing and supply chain magazines and is a sought after speaker on procurement, cross functional teams and project management topics.
Kiser received a bachelor’s of arts in communications from Michigan State University. He also earned a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification from the Institute for Supply Management.
