An apparent bomb threat had Oakland County deputies, along with FBI and Bomb Squad agents on the scene at Kroger on M-24 Monday afternoon.
Preliminary reports, according to Lt. Bruce Naile, OCSO Orion substation commander, suggest the threat is likely a hoax.
‘The store has been evacuated,? Naile said. ‘FBI is on the scene ? we’re working with them ? and we’re bringing in the bomb squad as a precaution. But at this point we don’t think it’s a bomb.?
