The firebreathing dragon has returned to Lake Orion. He rests in the bay near Orion Marine, waiting for Dragon on the Lake celebration August 28-29 – especially the dragon boat races.
The dragon speaks to me of a challenge – a race pitting Orion Township Supervisor Matthew Gibb and his chosen team against Ken Van Portfliet, president of the Village of Lake Orion, and his chosen team.
Mr. Gibb and Mr. Van Porfliet, you don’t want to make the dragon mad, he breaths fire. Please get your teams together!!
