Fourth graders at Stadium Drive Elementary School presented their annual production, this year titled ‘Under the Greenwood Tree,? on April 15.
The play is about the time of Robin Hood, when Robin Hood was trying to be reunited with Maid Marian. Meanwhile, there is also a child who plays a tree in the play, who tells the story of how she is always cast in the same part.
All of the fourth-graders worked on the play’s various aspects of production, from character and plot development to music to set and lighting.
The play was Stadium’s second production of the year, as fifth-graders perform their own play earlier in the year.
