Ashley Corriveau is the first Liquid Lightning swimmer to qualify for the Winter National Championships.
In last month’s Division 1 State Girls Championship, Ashley placed third in the 50m freestyle race and fourth in the 100m freestyle race. Her times were her personal best, and qualified her for nationals.
‘She achieved this goal through determination, focus, dedication and hard work,? said Head Coach Tom Arusoo.
Ashley is competing this week in Atlanta, Georgia at the National Champtionships.
