The Lake Orion High School Student Council was given approval March 15 for an outdoor assembly permit to hold an outdoor carnival at Canterbury Village on Joslyn Road.
The carnival will be held May 13-16, and is identical to the event the Orion Township Board approved last year. The board agreed to waive the $100 application fee based on the tax-exempt status of Lake Orion Schools.
