HUGHES, LU ANN of Clarkston, Michigan, died July 2, 2021.  She was 59.

Lu Ann was born January 7, 1962 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania to the late Jackie and Edith (nee: Kaiser) Hughes. She is survived by her daughter, Candance Hughes; fiancé George Smutny; three grandchildren, Devon and Mikayla Mawunganidze and Drayton Oliver; two brothers, Jack (Glenda) Hughes and Kenny Hughes; two sisters, Debbie (Richard Walker) Wise and Kim Hughes; two step-daughters, Renona (Neil) Gauthier and Amber (Charles) Oliver.  Lu Ann always enjoyed her family and loved to cook and bake.  She loved to play Bingo and frequented Bingo City in Waterford.  She took great pleasure in visiting the Casinos.    Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 at VILLAGE FUNERAL HOME 135 South Street, Ortonville, Michigan.
