Dear Editor:
At 7 p.m., May 20, the Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting on their new master plan at the Goodrich Middle School cafeteria.
In this new plan, the planning commission completely disregarded the township citizens? vote to keep our minimum lot sizes to three acres and have set in motion the necessary steps to rezone over 10,000 acres of our properties to five acre minimum lot sizes.
Those of you who thought you had defeated the township’s efforts to reduce your property values and limit the use of your lands need to be aware that this new plan will do just that.
Come to the meeting on Wednesday and let the planning commission officials know that you want the new master plan to represent the ideals of the township voters.
