Seventeen elementary students and five teachers/administrators from Oxford Community Schools? sister school in Tlalnepantla, Mexico came for a visit May 5-15. The trip included time in the classroom, interaction with their American counterparts and a trip to the Salvation Army’s Echo Grove Camp in Addison Township. At Echo Grove, the students practiced archery, drove a paddle boat and went for ride on a pontoon boat.
Oxford is hoping to send students to Mexico for a visit in November.
