Seven months after announcing their “new home,” Independence Township officials formally opened the new hall for business on Tues. March 24.
Last week moving trucks were seen outside the building, while worker carried in loads of boxes and furniture to the inside. Meanwhile, inside town hall employees were dusting, labeling, and organizing materials in their proper locations.
The new building is located off Waldon Road at 6481 Waldon Center Drive.
