Goodrich native Meredith Mayberry is The Citizen’s newest staff writer.
A 2006 Goodrich graduate, she currently attends Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant. Mayberry is a part of CMU’s honors program and is working toward a major in journalism and a minor in English. She is a reporter for Central’s newspaper, Central Michigan Life, and will be taking over the presidency of the Society of Professional Journalists in the fall. Mayberry will be reporting for The Citizen throughout the summer.
