You may be eligible for emergency assistance to cover oil, propane, wood or coal bills through the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency.
There are income limits and you must provide a copy of your total gross household income for the last 30 days, verification of social security numbers of household residents and picture identification. Homeowners and renters are eligible. We can pay the outstanding bill and fill up.
