The Michigan Impact U-8 Boys Blue Team played in the Force Football Club Invitational during the weekend of Sept 22-23.
This was their first tournament as a new team entering the Impact travel soccer program, and they took second place.
Coach Rean Turner piloted the team through the competition. The boys were impressive and moved the ball extremely well for this age group.
They finished the tournament as finalists and are currently first in their division in the Michigan Youth Soccer League. The boys next game is this Saturday at 9 a.m.
