Premier Self Storage on Ellen Drive (near M-24 and Brown Road) will make a payment to the township safety path fund in lieu of constructing a path in front of the business.
Orion Township trustees agreed to accept a payment to the safety path fund in the amount of $10, 900.
The township will use the funds to construct the path along M-24, adjacent to 100 and 101 Ellen Drive.
