The Village of Oxford announced its first ever “Platinum Award” winners at its annual appreciation dinner Monday night.
The Oxford Village Police Department won Village Achievement of the Year, Police Sgt. Mike Solwold won Village Employee of the Year, Sue McGinnis won Village Volunteer of the Year, Great Lakes Mercantile won Village Business of the Year, Rev. Dave Gerber won Village Humanitarian of the Year, Robbie Gagniuk won Village Youth of the Year and OCDA Director Michelle Bishop won Village Leader of the Year.
Parkside Dairy and Catering owners John and Holly Thomas were presented with “President’s Awards,” along with the village dispatch center.
