The Orion Township Board of Trustees and the Orion Township Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing on May 18 at 7:15 p.m., to receive comments on the Villas at Cedar Creek conceptual planned unit development and rezoning requests.
The request is for 146 single family homes on 63 acres located off Stadium Drive.
