The planning commission will hold two public hearings in the coming weeks.
A hearing on the updated master plan for Lapeer Road is scheduled for March 1 at 8 p.m.
A hearing for the rezoning of property for a proposed Del Taco on Baldwin Road, just north of Brown Road, is scheduled for March 15 at 8 p.m.
Both hearings will take place at Orion Township Hall on Joslyn Road.

The Orion Township planning commission has two joint public hearings planned with the board of trustees for March 2 and April 6.
On March 2, the hearing will be at 7:15 p.m., regarding a planned unit development (PUD) for Baldwin/Jordan and rezoning requests. The applicant is proposing a mix use office and commercial development on 16.33 acres at the north east corner of Baldwin and Jordan.
On April 6, the 7:15 p.m. hearing will regard the Gingell Towne Square conceptual planned unit development and rezoning requests. The request is for a proposed bank, restaurant and 114 units of one and two-story condominiums.
