The Board took the following actions:

1.) Approved the agenda for Regular Board Meeting as amended.

2.) Approved December 21, 2020 minutes as amended to note 3 corrections.

3.) Approved December 21, 2020 closed session minutes.

4.) Approved as amended January 7, 2021 special meeting minutes.

5.) Approved Treasurers December 2020 report.

6.) Approved Disbursement report.

7.) Approved Fire Department for DOT inspections & PMs $5168.40.

8.) Approved Fire Department for 2 computers through IT, for $1600.00.

9.) Approved Family Building Invoice #201201 for $4266.00

10.) Approved an update on signature card of vouchers for Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission.

11.) Approved as amended assigned 2020 Resolution numbers.

12.) Approved Resolution #21-01, Poverty Guidelines as amended.

13.) Approved Resolution #21-02, to allow resident taxpayers to file letters regarding assessments to the Board of Review.

14.) Adopted Resolution #21-03, Building Department Variance Application Fee of $250.00.

15.) Adopted Resolution #21-04, Police Millage Ballot Language.

16.) Adopted Resolution #21-05, Fire Millage Ballot Language.

17.) Approved Resolution #21-06, Deputy Clerk Wage as amended.

18.) Approved to reappoint members to Construction Board of Review.

19.) Approved as amended Ordinance #18-02, to 20-01 Medical Marijuana Caregiver Permit Ordinance.

20.) Approved Farmland Preservation Application for 8416 Gale Rd. Goodrich, Parcel #02-20-400-011.

21.) Approval of Lake Shores Bluff Declaration of Private Rd easement rights and responsibilities with corrections to zip code.

22.) Approved appointment of Michael Rembor as ex-offico from the Planning Commission to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
