PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS
The Atlas Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., as part of the regular meeting agenda, in the Township Hall located at 7386 S. Gale Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan, 48439, to consider text amendments to the Atlas Township Zoning Ordinance, Sections 300.404 (RA District) and 300.504 (RSA District), that would exempt lots greater than ten (10) acres in size from the maximum 4:1 lot depth to width ratio.
Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at the Township Hall during normal business hours. Persons wishing to comment on the matter are encouraged to attend the public hearing or to address written comments to the Township Clerk at the Township Hall address cited above or by e-mail to kvick@atlastownship.org prior to the date of the public hearing.
