Members Present: S. Kautman-Jones, K. Vick, P. Major, B. June, A. Moore

Members Absent: None

Members Excused: None

Staff Present: L. Christner, D. Lattie, E. Klimek, M. Hart

The Board took the following actions:

1.) Approved the agenda as presented.

2.) Motion to approve Treasurer’s Report.

3.) Approved Disbursements report.

4.) Motion to postpone Village of Atlas sidewalk plan.

5.) Motion to postpone adopting new sewer rate to January Meeting.

6.) Approved Budget Workshop Dates for 2022.

7.) Approved 2022 Meeting Dates for Board of Trustee’s, Planning Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals.

8.) Approved Fire Department to purchase new bunker boots.

9.) Approved bid for demolition, removal of concrete slab, and to lay seed in place of the south end shed at the Township.

10.) Approved BS&A Software for Building Department.
