The Board took the following actions:

1.) Motion to appoint B. June to chair meeting.

2.) Approved the agenda as amended.

3.) Approved November 15, 2021 Regular Board Meeting Minutes as amended.

4.) Approved November 22, 2021 Special Board Meeting Minutes.

5.) Approved December 20, 2021 Regular Board Meeting Minutes.

6.) Approved Disbursements report.

7.) Motion to authorize Supervisor to award proposal for Design and Engineering Village of Atlas Sidewalk Project for a cost not to exceed $41,000.

8.) Motion to authorize Supervisor to award proposal for Removal of Shed at the Township for a cost not to exceed $3,500.

9.) Adopted Ordinance #22-01, Sewage Treatment Charges.

10.) Postponed Budget Amendments.

11.) Appointed Shirley Kautman-Jones to the Genesee County Water and Waste.

12.) Appointed Shirley Kautman-Jones to Genesee County 911.

13.) Appointed Shirley Kautman-Jones to TAC.

14.) Appointed Shirley Kautman-Jones, Paulette Johnson, and Katie Vick to the Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission.

15.) Approved Construction agreement for epoxy overlay on Green Rd Bridge over Kearsley Creek.

16.) Approved Construction agreement for epoxy overlay on Burpee Rd Bridge over Thread Creek.

17.) Adopted Resolution #22-01, Poverty Exemption 2022.

18.) Adopted Atlas Township Guidelines for Poverty Exemption 2022.

19.) Approved ARPA Local Funding Project for high pressure water wells.

20.) Approved ARPA Local Funding Project for Village of Atlas Sidewalk Project.

21.) Approved Fire Department to purchase a battery-operated extrication combo tool not to exceed $9,300.00
