The Board took the following actions:
1.) Approved the agenda as amended to postpone items 19-23.
2.) Approved January 18, 2022 Regular Board Meeting Minutes.
3.) Approved January 20, 2022 Budget Meeting Minutes.
4.) Approved January 27, 2022 Budget Meeting Minutes.
5.) Approved February 10, 2022 Budget Meeting Minutes.
6.) Approved Treasurer’s Reports.
7.) Approved Disbursements reports.
8.) Postponed budget amendments.
9.) Approved additional $100 to the Lions Club for Christmas Lights In down town.
10.) Accepted with regret Jeff Greene’s resignation from the Fire Department.
11.) Adopted Resolution 22-02 Hire Christian Swank to the Fire Department.
