ATLAS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2019 AT 5:30PM

Members absent:  None

Staff present: D. Lattie, S. Bullen

The board took the following actions:

1) Approve the agenda as presented.

2) Adopted Treasurers Report.

3) Adopted as amended to approve the disbursements, General Fund $56,105.58, Fire Fund $7,165.14 and Police Fund $119.97

4) Tabled Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting Dec. 17, 2018 at 5:30p.m.

5) Adopted Resolution 19-01, recognition of retired Township Planner, Nick Lomako.

6) Adopted to accept Rowe Engineering’s bid for Ridge Road Pathway scoping not to exceed $25,000.

7) Adopted as amended to approve Policy 19-01, full time employee benefit Policy.

8) Adopted to begin Deputy Treasurers 457 Benefits and 12 Vacation days yearly effective January 1, 2019.

9) Adopted to repeal and replace all prior conflicting employee benefit policies.

10) Adopted to approve ATFD request for tire purchase not to exceed $9,300.

11) Adopted to approve Friends of the Library Lyceum use request.

12) Adopted to amend the agenda to add Poverty Exemption Application as item #2 under New Business.

13) Adopted to adopt Resolution 19-02 Poverty Exempt status. Resolution changed from 19-01 to 19-02.

14) Adopted Atlas Township Poverty Exemption Application as presented.

15) Adopted to amend Building Fee Schedule for siding Permit fee of #100.

16) Adopted to approve $250,000 Cyber & Data Compromise Liability Insurance coverage for $1,340.

17) Adjourned meeting at 7:01 p.m.
