Synopsis for publication of ordinance revisions that were introduced at the February 4, 2019 Brandon Township Board of Trustee meeting:
The following was introduced and accepted for a first reading.
Zoning Ordinance Amendments:
Chapter 28, Article III, Section 28-52 Stalking and Harassment offenses against persons.
Chapter 28, Article VIII, Section 28-491 Tobacco and Vapor Products and offenses concerning underage persons.
Adoption: 2nd reading March 4, 2019
Effective: April 9, 2019
