NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Brandon Township Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing August 11, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Brandon Township Office, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462.

To consider the following:

A) Revision to PPC19-003:

1) Revision of Conditional Re-zoning from RE (Rural Estate) to REC (Recreational District) with Restrictions.

2) “Special Use” approval to be used for equestrian facilities and short stay accommodations.

Parcel Identification number:  03-21-100-004

Common Description:  2370 Granger Road, Ortonville

B) Sign Ordinance Modification:

Revision to 46-448 (a) (2) to allow for one ground sign that meets the Right to Farm/GAAMP standards, per Table A.
