NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Brandon Township Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing

JANUARY 26, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

A) To consider the following Ordinance amendments:

· Chapter 46, Article V, Section 46-282 (b) (6) – to amend ordinance regarding farm and farm operations regarding animals.

· Chapter 46, Article IV, Section 46-242 (1) (c) – to amend ordinance regarding detached accessory structures and buildings.

· Chapter 46, Article IV, Section 46-242 (1) (d) (2) repealed

· Chapter 36, Article IV, Section 46-242 (3) to revise ordinance regarding accessory structures in RE district involving farms and farm operations.

The complete text of the proposed ordinance amendments is available for review during normal business hours at Brandon Township Clerks Office.

B) To consider for Special Land Use and Final Site Plan approval
