NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Brandon Township Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing August 24, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m.

A) To consider the following Ordinance amendments:

· Chapter 46, Article IIII, Section 46-211 – to amend ordinance regarding medical marijuana caregiver operations in the Mixed Business District (C-4).

· Chapter 46, Article III, Section 46-211 – to amend ordinance regarding medical marijuana caregiver operations in General Industrial District (GI).

The complete text of the proposed ordinance amendments is available for review during normal business hours at Brandon Township Clerks Office.
