The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing September 22,2021 at 7:00 PM. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals:

NONCONFORMING LOT OF RECORD

Requests: Applicant requests a variance from:

1. Section 46-488 (1) to allow a nonconforming structure to be enlarged in a way which it would increase its nonconformity.

2. Section 46-215 to allow a deck extension (East Glass Road – North Side) to be 31‘ from the front yard setback (35′ required) in violation by 4′.

3. Section 46-215 to allow a deck extension (Viola Street – East Side) to be 6′ from the front yard setback (35′ required) in violation by 29′.
