Approved two Village Council meetings a month for 6 months.

Approved the recording secretary substitute pay of $75.00 per meeting.

Approved zoning ordinance update proposal from Carlisle/Wortman for $14,900.

Approved the amendment to Section 92.05 of the Parks and Recreation ordinance.

Adjournment at 11:00 pm with remaining agenda items to be placed on the next meeting agenda.
