SEPTEMBER 27, 2021 REGULAR MEETING

CALL TO ORDER at 7:00 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

ROLL CALL: Brice, Hayden, George, Green, Nivelt,  Randazzo. Absent: Dylus.

1) Approved the Agenda as amended.

2) Approved Regular Meeting Minutes of August 23, 2021 as amended.

3) Approved Special Joint Meeting Minutes of August 31, 2021 as presented.

4) Approved Disbursements for $43,226.17.

5) Accepted the 2020-2021 Audit Findings.

6) Accepted the appointment of Pete Burkett to the Planning Commission.

7) Approved the Consent Agenda as presented.

8) Approved a 1.5% raise for the Village Manager retroactive to 90th day of employment with another evaluation in February.

9) Accepted the Wayfinding & Signage Design Project Proposal from the Lakota Group for a Total Cost of $27,120.

10) Approved Trick-or-Treating on October 31st from 6:30-7:30pm with bonfire, cider, and donuts to follow.

11) Adopted the MDOT Performance Resolution for Municipalities listing the Village Manager and DPW Supervisor as authorized agents.

12) Adopted the amendment to Section 92.05 Code of Ordinances Park Regulations.

13) Approved Christmas in the Village and Tree Lighting on December 3rd at 7:00PM.

14) Adjourned at 9:24pm.
