HEARING AT 395 MILL STREET, ORTONVILLE, MI

ON NOVEMBER 2, 2016

AT 7:00 P.M.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT KNOWN AS SEYMOUR LAKE WEED CONTROL SAD #1 AND FOR HEARING ANY OBJECTIONS TO SUCH ROLL,

ACCORDING TO THE RESOLUTION #270-16

OF THE BOARD DATED OCTOBER 18, 2016

The Assessment Roll, as prepared by the office of the Township Supervisor, has been filed with the office of the Township Clerk at 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan, and is available for examination at said location, along with the Resolution #270-16 of October 18, 2016, during regular business hours.

Persons objecting to the Roll must present objections at the hearing or by filing the objections in writing with the Township Clerk before the close of the public hearing.

Seymour Lake Weed Control SAD #1 has been established to provide for eradication or control of aquatic weeds and plants on Seymour Lake. All designated parcels of real property located within the Special Assessment District will be assessed a proportion of the cost of the project.
