Trustees will be discussing the recommended settlement from court ordered facilitation hearings for Prieskorn and Pulte v. The Charter Township of Orion at the July 20 township board meeting. The appropriate documentation setting forth the proposed plans and documents summarizing the consent judgments will be made available on the Township’s website and in hard copy form for review by the public on or before July 14, 2015. The lawsuit was filed Dec. 18 after the township denied Pulte, the potential owners of the Bald Mtn. Golf Course, a plan for a 360 home development over 236 acres.
