Tom Lowe installs  parking signs at The Clarkston News parking lot on the corner of Washington and Main streets. The newly installed signs inform drivers the lot is private, and parking is by permit only 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Parking signs have been installed all over town so visitors are aware of parking rules.
