WESTPHAL, SHARI of Ortonville. Died December 31, 2018.  She was 70 years old. 

Born August 26, 1948 in Warren, Michigan to the late Edmund George and Shirley Margaret (nee: Schuld) Noack.  She married Larry Westphal on September 28, 1980 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Larry Westphal; two sons, Mark Westphal and Max Westphal; one daughter, Nikole Westphal/Juliano; four grandchildren, Hannah Westphal, Jack, Mikey and Nina Juliano; one sister, Darlene Sandbank.  Shari was best known for her kindness, loving nature and her ability to listen, offering wise and sage counsel. She retired from AT&T after 30 years and continued to work for the children of the Brandon School District for 14 more years as a paraprofessional. Visitation will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church 825 S. Ortonville Road, Ortonville.  Fr. Gerard Frawley, Celebrant.  Interment will follow at Ortonville Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at VILLAGE FUNERAL HOME 135 South St., Ortonville.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Boystown.  Envelopes are available at the funeral home.  To send a condolence to the family, please go to www.villagefh.com
