Brandon Twp. — In January Billy Bond was hired as the store manager at Shea Truck Center, 2200 S. Ortonville Road, Ortonville.
Bond, a Burton native and 2014 Atherton High School graduate, has worked in automobile finance and sales for more than five years.
“We’re here to help people find just the right car, truck or SUV,” said Bond, a Davison resident. “We understand buying a car is often the second largest purchase most people will ever make. We’ll listen to our customers transportation needs and how to achieve that goal.”
Shea Truck Center is part of the Shea Automotive Group, which includes a group of a number of used car retailers’, as well as new car dealers Shea Chevrolet and Shea Buick GMC in Flint Township.
“We take a lot of pride in our used vehicles that we offer,” said Bond. “We are a small hometown dealership here in Ortonville, but we are backed by a well established new car franchise in Flint Township, along with a new outlet in Chesterfield Township.”
Between all three locations more than 1,000 vehicles are available, he said.
“We have access to all the truck, cars and SUV brands,” he said. “Every car receives an 180 point inspection to assure quality. We take care of customers during and after the sale.”
Bond is the father of Lilah, 6, and Beau, 3. He enjoys golfing and boating.
