Road Commission for Oakland County applies seasonal spring weight restrictions to its non-all-weather roads on Wednesday, March 10, at 6 a.m. Restrictions limit the amount of weight trucks can carry on the roads to reduce damage to roads as the ground thaws.
Local roads designated for 25 percent weight restriction include Andersonville Road, Sashabaw Rd north of I-75, Davisburg Road, and White Lake Road.
Roads requiring 35 percent reduction include Allen Road, Clarkston Road, Clintonville Road, Deer Lake Road, Cranberry Lake Road, and Easton Road.
