The Lake Orion varsity boys tennis team defeated Auburn Hills Avondale on May 5, before placing seventh in the OAA II Tournament on May 12. Against Avondale, winning singles for Orion were Mike Zach, Mark Eden and Ches Denison. Winning doubles were Cham Zhao/Shaun Colver, and Tom Lagona/Ryan Myslakowski. The team finished with 3.5 in the OAA II Tourney, which was won by Rochester Adams with 14.
