Thoughts to action

Who among us feels a sense of belonging?
Who has total and complete confidence?
Who is comfortable in their own skin?
Who is qualified to hold their heads up with pride?
Who in spite of hurts or bruises to the heart, continues to love?
Why are there outside forces dedicated to disqualify your model?
Who are these false idols on paper or media appearing real?
What is rejection and who is rejecting whom?
What is real what is an illusion?
I once focused on seeking answers; today I question and know that the answers are limited.
One answer will yield countless questions?
If we are to stay in the minority with answers who are the questions for.
If change is in the air, can we bring change to live in our midst?
Each of us is part of the questions and part of the answers, simultaneously.
Engaging separately yet united in purpose.
There is a time for all seasons, some folks are in reflection, some are in action, some are indifferent, some focused, some confused yet some waiting for permission to be who they are?
I thank the individuals who responded to my column? from July 30.
There are voices out there pondering, reflecting, observing and if you desire your voice will be heard.. When action is taken; it takes us to the next level of communication. Now, we have contributed to harmony with others.
Thank you, you have fueled my heart and mind to keep striving?
There are no merit reviews in my work, no bonuses, no retirement package, no paid vacations; I am just driven by passion to share what life has taught me.
‘We are alike in that we are different and different in that we are alike.?
The above questions are to stimulate your thinking, expression and action to speak your truth.

I have been writing a column in The Clarkston News for more than 10 years.
One of the disappointments of most writers is, when contact information is listed or requested, often, no one responds.
I have had one written acknowledgment via email in all the time I have been risking, sharing my heart, or exposing my hard earned lessons. The action will live on in my heart, as will the friend who took time to respond.
It comes as if one is traveling on a ‘one way street? and never passing anyone going the other direction. Often, there have been folks I encounter that make acknowledgments; yes, they are very much appreciated.
There is more power that comes with a statement in writing. Perhaps a phone call, even a letter; this takes it to the next level of effective communication. Much like an automobile with a tune-up or even a car wash, it just runs better.
I have been contemplating speaking on this topic for some time; apparently, this is the best time. If there are no replies to this letter, I accept the oversight.
It will not stop my passion to communicate; it will not give me a sad face. My mission is not accomplished as long as there is music in me. There is more to be learned from one another by taking a thought to the next level.
Express, if you are moved by something you’ve read, realized, or opened a peek hole to clarity of hope.
One music note is important, when we combine the notes, now that’s a song being sung.
If you are one person who has taken a moment to read one of these articles and not responded in any way and this is causing you to re-consider, I look forward to your response.
Often time, we all need hope to put another foot out there and keep the momentum moving forward and onward. I am one voice, one note, one chord, one story, knocking on your door.
