Two separate requests for waivers of the M-24 Moratorium were postponed until the Feb. 6 Orion Township board meeting.
The items were postponed to allow the petitioners an opportunity to better show the financial hardships the moratorium is imposing.
The requests were made for the site at the southwest corner of Lapeer at Scripps by Regency Centers Corporation, and the west side of M-24, north of Silverbell, by Milosch Dodge.
The moratorium expires in April.
