SHARP, WILLIAM LAWRENCE, JR., of Clarkston, Michigan. Died September 5, 2021. He was 66.

William was born September 4, 1955 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late William L. Sharp, Sr. and Viola M. (nee: Genicks) Sharp.  He is survived by his children, William L. Sharp III and Mikayla Sharp; a brother Richard (Linda) Sharp; his life partner Susan Acton, and his former wife Roxanne Davis. William is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Sharp was preceded in death by his parents William and Viola, and a sister Cynthia Cantu. William was a 1973 graduate of Rochester High School. He attended Lawrence Institute of Technology, earning his bachelor degree in Engineering. Mr. Sharp owned and operated Advanced Research Company since 1982. William enjoyed hunting, fishing, flying and loved being outdoors. A visitation will take place from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021, at Village Funeral Home 135 South St., Ortonville. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the funeral home. Pastor John Papsdorf, officiating.  Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Memorial Cemetery, Oxford.
