Lady Hitters had hits and misses last week.
They opened with a pair of wins against Oxford High School on Thursday.
The girls beat Lady Wildcats in the first game, 4-3.
Sydney Hasselbach hit a homerun, hit 2-for-4 and had one RBO.
Rachel Pytel hit a double, a triple, hit 2-for-4 and had one RBI; Megan Hastings hit a triple, hit 2-for-4 and had one RBI; and Allie Reeves hit a double.
Hastings was the winning pitcher and had 14 strikeouts against the hosts.
During the second game, the girls won 7-3.
Liz Zezula and Shauna Siwicki hit two doubles. Zezula hit 4-for-4 and Siwicki hit 2-for-4 and had three RBIs.
Sarah Altene hit a a double, hit 3-for-4 and had one RBI and Reeves hit a double, hit 2-for-2 and had one RBI.
Samantha Hoeksema was the winning pitcher and had four strikeouts during the four innings she pitched. Altene pitched for two innings and had three strikeouts.
The Lady Wolves played in the University of Michigan Tournament during the weekend and finished with a 3-2 record.
The girls beat Ann Arbor Huron, 12-4, Lapeer West, 4-2, and East Kentwood, 6-2.
Against Ann Arbor Huron, Zezula hit a homerun and a triple, hit 3-for-4 and had six RBIs. Siwicki and Pytel hit a double. Altene was the winning pitcher with two strikeouts.
Against Lapeer West, Hasselbach hit a homerun and Hastings had two strikeouts.
Against East Kentwood, Reeves hit a double and had three RBIs.
They lost to Milan, 4-0, and Garden City, 8-7.
The girls played Rochester Adams on Tuesday and begin MHSAA Districts next week.
