About 50 floats, vehicles, and marching groups are expected to fill downtown Main Street with colorful light, Satuday evening at the Holiday Lights Parade.
Organized by Team RUSH of Clarkston High School, the parade begins at Clarkston Community Education, 6558 Waldon Road, heading north through downtown to St. Daniel Church. Start time is 6 p.m.
The day’s festivities also include Candy Cane 5K and Santa Fun Run, 4 p.m., starting from Depot Park, and Clarkston Art Show at Clarkston Mills.
The art show starts Friday, Dec. 11, 6-9 p.m., with a wine and cheese reception, and continues Saturday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m., and Sunday, 12-4 p.m.
