Lacrosse coach charged with sexual abuse

The Lake Orion High School girls? lacrosse coach has been arrested and charged with having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl on the team.
Reanna Dawn Douglas, 21, of Auburn Hills was arraigned Monday in 52-3 District Court in Rochester Hills before Magistrate Nicolas Camargo on one count of third degree criminal sexual conduct. Douglas could face up to 15 years in prison.
Camargo placed Douglas on a $15,000 personal bond during her arraignment. She has no prior criminal history.
The relationship allegedly began while the suspect was contracted to coach the Lake Orion High School girl’s lacrosse team.
Upon learning of the incident in August, the family of the girl immediately reported the crime to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department Orion Township Substation.
Oakland County Sheriff’s Department detectives conducted the investigation.
Once notified of the incident, Lake Orion Community Schools immediately terminated Douglas? contract.
