The Charter Township of Oxford is currently accepting applications for summer 2013 tax deferments for both Oxford Twp. taxes and Oxford Village taxes.
To qualify, a householder must also be 62 years of age or older, paraplegic, hemiplegic, quadriplegic, eligible service person, veteran, widow or widower, blind or totally and permanently disabled.
Those that farm agricultural real property may also qualify.

The deferment application can be obtained at the Oxford Township Treasurer’s Office, 300 Dunlap Road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by telephoning 248-628-9787 ext. 103.

Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of Oxford Planning Commission and Village of Oxford Planning Commission will hold a Joint Workshop on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the evening or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The meeting will be held at the Oxford Village Community Room, 20 W. Burdick, Oxford, MI 48371.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning of a total of 22.18 acres consisting of 15.19 acres in the Township – Parcel # 04-23-301-003, currently zoned CAD (Central Area Development) and 6.99 acres in the Village consisting of parcels # 04-23-351-001and 04-23-351-002, currently zoned LI (Light Industrial), to be known as LAKESHORE VILLAGE, consisting of 90 multi-family residential units. The property is located east of Oxford Road and north of the Polly Ann Trail right-of-way.
