Carrick House Concerts return with Grievous Angel, with special guest Genna and Jesse, 4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 4.
Grievous Angel, Billy Brandt on guitar and vocals; Nolan Mendenhall, bass/vocals; Roscoe, electric/acoustic guitar; and Todd Glass on drums, performs folk, rockabilly, blues, and alt-country in their set of American roots music.
“There is always some magic when the perform here,” said Craig Carrick of Independence Township, hosting the non-profit event.
Carrick also hosts a guitar workshop with Rod Capps, 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3. Seating limited to 20 players. Admission is a $20 donation to the artists.
