Buying a heating/cooling unit

During the ice storm in August, Lake Orion’s heating/cooling unit that services the council chamber was damaged. Bids were requested from three companies for a new five ton unit with heat exchanger and compresser, three phase power, and removal of the old unit. North Heating-Cooling was awarded the contract in the amount of $5,900.
