The Detroit Symphony Orchestra (DSO) is coming to Clarkston.
To win the DSO performance, Clarkston residents voted on www.dso.org. Once tallied, Clarkston was the most popular site in Oakland County.
‘I am thrilled beyond belief that they are going to be in Clarkston,? said Cory Johnston, chair of the Clarkston Center for the Performing Arts Development Committee.
The DSO concert, presented by the DTE Energy Foundation, will be at 8 p.m., Sept. 20, at Clarkston High School, 6093 Flemings Lake Road. For more information go to www.dso.org.
