Downtown Lake Orion was sorry to disappoint the crowd who turned out last week to see Three Men and a Tenor perform in the gazebo at Children’s Park on South Broadway.
The group needed to travel a good distance to get to Lake Orion and they needed to begin to set up by 2 p.m. to be ready for a 7 p.m. performance.
According to downtown coordinator, Becky Goodman, a decision to cancel the performance needed to be made before noon and it was based on the weather prediction at that time.
Three Men and a Tenor have been rescheduled for Sept. 1, 7 p.m.
